Under this pioneering model roof-top owners pay a monthly fee linked to the power produced. Perfect Solar Energy builds, owns and operates the system while roof-top owners pay a fee/rental at a low, locked-in rate, saving them money over time. This offering is available to select (A+/AAA rated) companies/industries/institutes.
